Yacht Crew Australia was formed specifically to help International Owners and Captains obtain a greater choice in recruiting "reliable and professional" crew to serve onboard the large Super Yachts.

Over the years, the skill, experience and willingness to work has given the Australian crew members a good sound reputation in the yachting industry. Many Australians are serving in very rewarding positions throughout the world and Yacht Crew Australia is focused on assisting current professionals or new crew currently based in Australia wishing to join the industry overseas.

Yacht Crew Australia acts as a bridging stone between available crew and the crew positions. We interview candidates before referring them into the network of employers around the world, we assist the Captains, Owners or Yacht management companies recruit.
